Tom Hutchings impresses on debut
Driving a standard road car, Tom drove a superb event at Harewood, and showed that there are great things to come from this young driver.
Despite running a full road car set up at Harewood on Sunday at the Summer Championship meeting, Tom set times that were at snapping at the heels of competitors with bundles of extra power and trick suspension set ups.
As far as debuts go, Tom certainly made an impact at Harewood and has vowed to return. He comments:
“I am buzzing! What a great day – I can’t wait to get the rally car finished and get out here properly – it will be great to go head to head with Paul and I will be out here in the near future for sure!”
Tom’s girlfriend Sam, along with his family were there on the day to watch the action, and he didn’t disappoint in the little Peugeot 106.
It really is a case of watch this space…!
